慶應義塾大学総合政策学部を卒業後、PwCコンサルティングの戦略部門に入社。大手企業に対する経営戦略・DX戦略の策定および実行支援、新規事業立案、全社規模の業務改革プロジェクトに従事し、企業変革の最前線で経験を積む。戦略策定から実行支援まで、企業の変革に深く関わる経験を積み、高い成果が評価され、部署内で最速の昇進を経験。

大学時代には、キャリア教育をテーマとした事業運営に携わり、一人ひとりの進路選択や可能性の最大化に向き合ってきた。この原体験と、戦略コンサルタントとして培った課題解決力を活かし、コンコードに参画。転職ありきではなく、その方が本当に実現したいことや大切にしたい価値観に徹底的に向き合い、人生の転機における納得感ある意思決定と、キャリアが少しでも前に進む支援を大切にしている。中長期のキャリア形成まで見据え、ご相談者の可能性を最大限に引き出す伴走を行っている。

After graduating from the Faculty of Policy Management at Keio University, he joined the Strategy division of PwC Consulting. There, he worked with major corporations on corporate strategy, digital transformation strategy, new business development, and company-wide business transformation projects. He was recognized for his performance and achieved the fastest promotion within his division.

While at university, he was involved in running a career education business, where he supported students in thinking through their future paths and making important decisions. This experience became the starting point for his interest in career support. At Concord, he draws on both this background and his experience as a strategy consultant to support candidates beyond simply introducing job opportunities. He places importance on understanding each person’s aspirations, values, and long-term career goals, and works closely with them so they can make thoughtful decisions and move their careers forward with confidence.
