PwCあらた監査法人　リスクアシュアランスSPA（System and Process Assurance）部門にて、外国籍の候補者向けに「日本企業へ転職活動する前に知っておくと役に立つこととは？ ～転職成功者の事例紹介と採用担当者の本音～」と題した
セミナーが開催されます。

我が国は少子化の進行により、労働人口が年々減少傾向にあり、企業は激化するグローバル競争に対抗できる「高度外国人材」を必要としています。
しかし、多くの外国人が日本企業への転職を検討しているものの、転職に成功した外国人のロールモデルが身近におらず、日本国内におけるキャリアパスを明確に描くことが難しい環境にあります。

The SPA（System and Process Assurance）team in PricewaterhouseCoopers Aarata is going to hold a seminar for candidates from abroad, named “Useful Tips that will help you get hired in Japan ~case study and real opinions from recruitment staff~”

Companies in Japan try to promote the utilization of Highly Skilled Foreign Professionals in the face of intensifying global competition because the labor force in Japan is predicted to decrease with the declining birthrate and aging population.
However, while many people from abroad consider working for Japanese companies, it is hard for them to find role models who successfully changed their jobs in Japan and therefore to develop their strategic career plans.

This seminar is for people from other countries who are thinking about changing jobs in Japan.
